Everyone feels included. I've had a lot of jobs in my life and there's usually cliques but this time I was pleasantly surprised.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have all been so welcoming and helpful. I'm fairly new to the company and this has been BY FAR the easiest on boarding experience I've ever had.
