we have seen each other as friends where we can motivate and uplift each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have never gotten a raise nor a review that tells me how well or bad im doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since Covid it has not been much of a culture. Company made culture circles and they make an event every so often.

right now its not that fun. we need to do more fun things to keep the culture up. when in office the culture was amazing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when a review comes up there is no feed back for me however i have not had a raise based on my good work. the increase i have is because i have moved up which that is a promotion not a review.
