Everyone in the company deserves a $1-$2 raise, outside of that everything is perfect

Virtual and in person events keep connecting going, and they are normally adult themed so you can be yourself

Their engagement and interaction with individuals. They do not come across like cocky individuals they do really care about us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just pay everyone $2-5 more, this whole company deserves a raise. Especially if you are going to keep us consistently understaffed.

The friendliness and willingness to help, even off the clock we all want to help each other out in anyway we can.

Their support and understanding. We really are a team that bounces ideas off of each other to share in the experience and help all of us grow and promote.
