New leaders are very attentive to the teams needs and spending more time to listen and collaborate on ideas to help the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of promotion that does not seems to make sense. I feel I have more experience and capabilities, and was not given the opty or was aware it was available. Being bilingual puts me at a disatvantage, my capabilities surpass the language barerier. I wish I had more opportunity to show my worth.
