It has its moments where it's enjoyable and I'm happy to be apart of Optima. But, there are occasions where there's a little hostility or managers not being sensitive enough, especially when it comes to us having to call out for health reasons. Attendance is important but health should come first.
What makes you most happy at work?
Resolving tickets and making my leaders proud whenever I can. As well as talking to coworkers I enjoy seeing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's clear that we do a lot of work that doesn't match the pay we receive. It isn't worth the stress and pressure we're put under at times, it feels like we're being taken advantage of because no one is saying anything or taking the issue seriously. We settle for the bare minimum to avoid conflict.
