I think I have had ups and downs with the company but I am overall happy with where I am now. I feel underpaid and that communication with our clients still needs to improve but am happy with everything else
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love the people I work with. I think that the company should invest more into the employees with better compensation and benefits. I would be happier paying my basic living expenses than going to events hosted by OTR. We are always understaffed and cant find quality employees anymore

we have a very friendly relaxed culture that is very diverse and inclusive

I like that the leadership team is very involved with its employees and keeping things transparent

my team genuinely cares about each other and are for the most part loyal and reliable

we care about each other and have fun when we are together, we also have great communication with one another

working from home and interacting with my team, we all get along so well and help each other whenever needed

The energy of the people who work here, mostly everyone is very friendly and approachable and I appreciate the equality our company brings to women, LGBT community and all minorities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we do not get paid well based on the climbing inflation rates and in comparison to similar jobs at other companies. Most people at this company can not afford to live in orange county

We deserve a pay increase that helps employees keep up with inflation, im barely able to pay for rent and gas living in the OC. Also thinking of getting a 2nd job to help pay bills to support my family
