My experience at this company is one-of-a-kind. I've never been with a company that cares for their employees as much as Optima. There are growing pains at times, but there's also always a willingness to be better and do better with each passing year.

Everyone is generally always nice and welcoming.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my team and being able to help out with projects for my department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel like I am appreciated for the work that I do, but it's hard to overlook the much higher starting pay rate of other companies for someone else who's in the same position as me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part, most leaders are open to feedback and always willing to seek input from their team. I like that they do their best to foster an environment of trust so that their team can come up to them with suggestions or feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the fact that diversity is much welcomed and that growth is encouraged by all leadership. I've never had to worry about my appearance (reg. dyed hair, tattoos, piercings, etc.) and am never worried about expressing my desire for growth to any of my leaders.
