What makes you most happy at work?
just knowing i'm helping people become less stressed by helping out with their IRS debt and burden makes me happy to know i'm part of a team that helps do that for them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For myself, it is the willingness to push their employees to be themselves and join company events, get to know the rest of the company can be intimidating at first. I also reaally like everyone tells you there are so many growth opportunities within the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that for the type of role I carry with the job duties, and new changes being implemented, the pay just isn't enough. the job is great but the pay needs improvement, especially with cost of living rising so much as well it becomes hard so for me 2 jobs are needed, when i would rather have one
