What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in the rank and file works to meet our customers needs and accomplish what our customer needs. They are also supportive of new ways and ideas
From the outside the culture looks great but be careful if you miss too many social engagements because of family. Leaders act family friendly but most are not and few have children.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Accountability and cohesiveness at leadership level.
