What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think thats something out of anyones control. Its the staffs mindsets that need shifting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though my knowledge within sales development has not yet been recognized, however I am still very new.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I used my sales skills and basically conducted the interview myself. I caught everyone of guard and i feel like im improved my sales skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Manager is great and treats her staff very well, however i think may struggle with change and continually staying up to date with changes in the world and how to apply that when it comes to creating optimal revenue for the company. Sales skills needs a lot more training but is overall good to have.
