It was fun until growth or appreciation wasnt revealed . I was loyal and a hard worker and did more than my job title , and yet only received $1 dollar raise after 8 months. Barely took breaks or had a life, yet no promotion , no satisfaction and felt overall unhappy and underappreciated.

They promised quick growth opportunities, however it was false..
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
A manager that appreciates his employees by showing it and not just saying it. Ppl need to feel the appreciation to give 100% every day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a high turnover of employees. Employees feel mistreated, and when someone quits it falls on the rest of the team. Manager never sees an issue or a reason to compensate whomever stays to aid, so everyone wants to leave constantly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company doesnt have enough room for more staff, so they pile on more work ,however doesnt justify compensation. Overall dead end job with very little growth, since its 1 person observing you and if they dont like you ,they wont promote you. No matter how good you might be.
