Mr. Robert G. Costantini has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of ORBCOMM Inc. since October 02, 2006 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until April 2013. Mr. Costantini serves as Consultant of First Aviation Services Inc. Mr. Costantini served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of First Aviation Services Inc., from October 27, 2003 to September 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Secretary. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Costantini served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of FocusVision Worldwide, Inc., a technology company that is the leading provider of video transmission services to over 450 blue-chip multinational corporations. Mr. Costantini provided financial management to the global marine transportation industry with M.T. Maritime Management Corp. From 1986 to 1989 he served as Corporate Controller and from 1989 to 1999 he served as Vice President of Finance for M.T. Maritime Management Corp., a global maritime transportation company. Mr. Costantini started his career with Peat Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Mr. Costantini also served as Corporate Controller for a NASDAQ listed corporation and as a Financial Analyst. He started his career as a certified public accountant with Peat, Marwick Mitchell & Co. Mr. Costantini holds J.D. degree from Pace University Law School, in White Plains, NY and a BS in Accounting from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. He serves as a Member of the bar in New York and Connecticut, as well as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
