Todd W. Follmer — Senior Vice President of Fleet Management at ORBCOMM

Mr. Todd W. Follmer has been a Senior Vice President of Fleet Management at ORBCOMM Inc. since June 2017. Mr. Follmer served as the Chief Executive Officer of inthinc, inc. since 2006 until November 06, 2017. Mr. Follmer is a Principal Partner of Engles Urso Follmer Capital Corporation (EUFCC). Mr. Follmer joined the Engles Urso Follmer Capital in 1996 as its Principal. Prior to EUFCC, he had pursued an investment and merchant-banking career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Saloman Brothers, Inc. He completed financings in excess of $1.5 billion associated with five transactions in 1991 and 1992. Mr. Follmer had been with Salomon Brothers, Inc. in 1987 as an Associate in Salomon's Investment Banking Division. He has initiated, negotiated, financed and closed over 15 acquisitions in a variety of industries, including Vitality, Electrolux, Tristar Enterprises, Velda Farms, L.P., Florida Global Citrus and 13 acquisitions which have been merged to form Evercom, Inc. He served as the Chairman of inthinc, inc. and serves as its Director. He serves as a Director of Aerus LLC. Mr. Follmer serves as a Director of Vitality Beverages, Electrolux and Tristar Enterprises. He served as a Director of Evercom. He holds an M.B.A. from The University of Texas in 1987 and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Central Florida in 1985.
