What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Time in the field. They look at numbers that are not in real time to judge proformance. Reporting methods used to generate those numbers are across various 3rd party companies and systems with no relative interface to mediate those systems. If one system is down. This causes inaccurate numbers.
Making their physical presence in Stores. Management has spent less then 8 hours over the past 6 months in my store.
