What is the best part about your compensation package?Health benefits have always been top of class. PTO package is very generous
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better maternity / paternity leave and compensation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Lower levels only get a $200 gift card each year while others get bonus, stock, etc. they give you a pittance so they can claim they give everyone a bonus. Expect to be drastically underpaid and overworked.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. Very disfunctional. Still stuck in old ways. Very outdated for a tech company.
