Be more nicer to collegues and give them longer breaks

Maternity leave, paternity leave, gratuity
the Vacation package is really interesting

Job titled changed whenever it pleases them
Because I get too much workload and everyone gives me looks
What are some of the best things about your team?
All team is running for one goal, achieving Oxfam's mission and vision.
They inform me on their work and consult me frequently on their work plans. They also agree with my analysis and conclusions.

We have a share in contributing in ending poverty
Seeing the results of project work benefit the intended beneficiaries changing their lives positively.
