Wouldn't be so bad if the people behind the counter knew how to talk and be professional.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay needs to be alot better for employees, and a drivers license driving company vehicles is supposed to be experienced pay!
Pay barely covers daily needs especially if you are one of the drivers and you use your own vehicle

The work is very hard at times compensation is low for some things we do but others may disagree being they don't do anything but show up for a check
The people at the lancaster office are the most unprofessional iv seen
The sites I make beautiful. The workers mess them up and make 3-4 times an hour than what you pay me
Stop the micromanaging of staff
They pay is terribly lower than what the company pays Pacesetters. You don't know what the pay is until you get back, even after asking numerous times before the assignment.

the customer treats me very well pays me very well and it's gone above and beyond my issue is with the office staff
Favoritism plays a major part And just send people out in the order they come Unless we have a repeat And don't give the repeat away like Alex do constantly Me personally he did it 3 times and I have been here on time and I called to confirm my repeat and he still gave it away this place is no good
Treat you staff like the are nothing and beneath them is just wrong. We don't miss with you lively hound
