What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good at all times don't mind helping you
I like the way everything is handled.
The leadership at the pacesetters in plano tx is horrible they never have water for there workers to go out and stay refreshed ... They take ours to come pick up there workers from certain job site when the workers are done and some how the manger is ripping these guys off on there check.

pay needs to be alot better for employees, and a drivers license driving company vehicles is supposed to be experienced pay!
Pay barely covers daily needs especially if you are one of the drivers and you use your own vehicle

The work is very hard at times compensation is low for some things we do but others may disagree being they don't do anything but show up for a check
The people at the lancaster office are the most unprofessional iv seen
The sites I make beautiful. The workers mess them up and make 3-4 times an hour than what you pay me

We had each others back even when we didnt get support
We all are social and uplift each other through the fact we really aren't making what we really should have
there is nothing worth noting about the office staff they're very unprofessional and a very poor representation of the company

Most guys that work out of this place are homeless and addicts. Some r hard working men
The company needs to hire responsible and professional employees that care about their job because they're on payroll. Simply just hire professionals.
They need too stop allowing drug addicts to work while being high or on the property getting high.

get rid of the trouble makers, and quit sending g bad representation on jobs
We go to some of the jobs no one wants to do. The people behind the counter talk to us like they r doing us a favor but they get paid off of our work
