I like the way everything is handled.
The leadership at the pacesetters in plano tx is horrible they never have water for there workers to go out and stay refreshed ... They take ours to come pick up there workers from certain job site when the workers are done and some how the manger is ripping these guys off on there check.

The way they talk to people. Like your someone for them to get on too. Very very unprofessional
Company us all about the hood ole boy approch.
Supporting the team and listening to those in the field doing the leg work
Customer service and abiding by corporate rules. It's supposed to be first come first serve but instead it's whoever they can take the most out of their check or who is willing to pay them for the assignment!!!

Very unorganized and I was referring to the guy named Alex, saying that he is very unorganized and has favortizm for the ones he giggles and laugh with. He doesn't go by the order of I pad when putting in the last 6 of your social security number it just crazy here on commercial boulevard.
Keep there word. Learn properly how to take care of there employees. Follow State business rules and regulations. No favoritism.
