Morale is low at the office in Conroe due to the dispatcher abusing his job
At the Lancaster office in Fort Worth they are the most unprofessional I've ever seen
Proper tools. Being on time
Professionalism has been thrown out of the window. Everything is based off of how well the temps work and you guys credit your employees as if they could ever really do or ever did the real work which pays the bills...
More pay and follow the rules!!
