as mentioned previously if it wasn't for the company that I perform the work for I would not work for pacesetters due to the office staffs unprofessionalism

i know its a labor pool but maybe run it more like a staffing agency...
What are some of the best things about your team?
there is nothing worth noting about the office staff they're very unprofessional and a very poor representation of the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the customer treats me very well pays me very well and it's gone above and beyond my issue is with the office staff
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
for the most part my pacesetter coworkers are lazy and want to do the minimum for the minimum. its hard to find good laborers... however, i do look forward to working with the other construction companies on the job site
