What are some of the best things about your team?I like most of the people I work with, they all have their quirks

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?This company does not care about it's employees or it's product. It only cares about pleasing the board and bringing in more $$$.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They should gossip less, and work more. Also, maybe hire folks that don't make fun of customers on a daily basis behind their backs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?No benefits. 0% Match 401k is a joke. Health insurance most didn't qualify for-and it varies based on your age and location (so some folks got more money and options then others). No equipment-if your laptop breaks you better start looking for a new job. The company doesn't care about its employees.
