Awful. I have been bullied since I started there because I am not as fast as employees that have been there for a while.

Nothing but I look forward to the end of the day.

Yes. They expect a lot out of us for the amount they pay us

New employees are bullied to the point they quit. And they wonder why they can't keep help.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
New employees are bullied because they don't work as fast as employees that have been there for a while.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The lady that interviewed me made me feel comfortable and she was the nicest person I have met at Pactiv.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and they need to stop letting new employees get bullied. As a new employee I am appalled at the way new employees are treated.
