I really like working at PagerDuty, it's hands down the best company I've worked for.

Like spending time with my team, like collaborating with them.

Stock benefits are great, really like my health insurance, lots of extra perks around mental heath / community involvement, etc.

Everyone is really smart and fun to be honest, we all work hard but have a good work life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are authentic, honest, I can trust my team and colleagues to show up and deliver what they take on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they're great at identifying new opportunities, they push us to keep innovating, and seem to genuinely care about how we're doing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet a cross-section of people from other teams that I was going to work with was really beneficial. (Not just my immediate team)
