Leadership goals do not match Feel like they play politics with the resources Dont treat employees as individuals

Telling the truth, not treating employees like children
They need to listen to the people they hire. They hire people as experts and then take all the decision making power from them. They are constantly fighting fires with no real strategy. People are burnt out and if you try to speak up, you will be out the door.

Communication, leadership, guidance. Actually manage employees. Improve onboarding
Leadership thinks they own your and does not care about employee work/life balance.
Better 401K would be helpful
Increase in the number of stocks is desired. But increase in the base salary is must needed. The base salary is too low and not great due to the HCOL in bay area.

Industry benchmarking is needed at this point in time.

Get comparable pay like other employees
With growth comes expectations. But those expectations are done at a non macro level. The peanut butter spread quota doesn't apply in all accounts and territories. Big changes in compensation has always been a negative impact on employees that have been here the longest. Retention is not a thing
Stop competing with each other and act like a team.

Replace execs, starting with the head of HR (LH)
Consideration for others 1. Book a meeting or huddle room if you need to talk for a relative longer period of time 2. Release booked rooms if you don't need them

Management needs to care more about work/life balance
Pace at which we work and things are expected to be done
Need to get a person through in 6 weeks or less. It took many monthts.
Don't do 8 interviews with someone. It's unfair on there time and you should know in 4 maximum if the person is right or not.
Review from Marketing Dept
Too much beaurocracy. We are missing out on great talent
It is to long, to many interviews
Have more of a structure. Random people get chosen to interview sometimes, and there's little structure or prep

Workload is crazy sometimes! We have amazing people and a meaningful mission though to balance
Review from Engineering Dept
Poor leadership kills morale, kills the passion that employees bring to their role, and eventually creeps outside your company walls into every single customer transaction.
Review from Operations Dept
New leadership came in full of arrogance and brought all their cronies ( even when they weren’t qualified) and have basically destroyed the culture and morale. Employees are leaving in droves....low
