What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all used to work together
They are patient and helpful
For the most part, we stick together.
They are all wonderful & amazing. So nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
helping new people understand, not everybody learns through videos
Very poor leadership, lack discipline.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working with people that you enjoy working with
Health care savings account is beneficial.
nothing, no benefits at all, the rule at my store is that if you aren't at work you aren't making money. No sick days, No vacation, no benefits at all
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
minimum wage + tips that all I get
Poor pay, I just feel the pay is too low.
I think if there were more incentives i would work harder

all young but try to do there job
All friendly , fast, and quick learners
Our ability to get things done quickly and efficiently.

Have more meetings, we are a revolving door of employees.
They are getting better just need to practice more
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is friendly and outgoing
Always so positive & energetic
Nothing, being harassed at work by people who want their food on time but can't deliver because of the high turn-a-round rate. No benefits what-so-ever. the only positive is my co-workers.

Everyone need to smile moer
Staffing and payroll restrictions ruin everything
What did you like most about the interview process?
easy for the company standards are to low
The managers sense of humor was good.
The interviewers did not ask intrusive questions.
It was quick & I started the same day
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
actual questions., owner was late and had to wait for an hour before he arrived.
What makes you most happy at work?
To accoplish all my responsibilities and try to cheer up my co workers.
