What do you like best about the leadership team?They listen to problems and concerns. They advocate for employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The healthcare and 401k is great.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communicating to all levels of staff.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They need more training and discernment. Many tasks they focus on seem repetitive and they would be more successful if they could discern if someone is a viable partner.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?making accountability at all levels standard. Communicating, and not allowing disrespect and bullying.
