Mr. Matthew V. Crawford has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. since May 22, 2003. Mr. Crawford is a Strategic Advisor at Resilience Capital Partners LLC and focus on industrial sector. Mr. Crawford serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Park-Ohio Industries Inc. He has extensive knowledge of public and private company strategies and operations. He served as Assistant Secretary and Corporate Counsel of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. from February 1995 to 2001 and its Senior Vice President from 2001 to May 22, 2003. He served as President of The Crawford Group, Inc. since 1995. Mr. Crawford has been a Director of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. since 1997 and Hickok Incorporated since February 26, 2014. He is active in several community and charitable activities and serves as a Board member of The Cleveland Orchestra and is a Member of the Ronald McDonald House-Pro-Am Committee. He serves as a Director of Park-Ohio Industries Inc. Mr. Crawford holds a Law Degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a B.A. from Miami University, Ohio in finance.
