The independence, you are on your own

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I dont know them or notice them. Very numbers oriented. You are on your own

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

No teamwork at all. Too many meeting that take up time, cant get anything done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Undervalued for sure. Working a dual role, but getting paid a little more than average of one position. Not fair

No one has responsibility. No one takes responsibility.
