
Most here feel that we are not valued and that we are here to serve the shareholders.
I think Corporate needs to get real and start asking real questions in "their" surveys to employees, rather than questions that will show an answer they hope to receive or that cannot put Parker in a bad light. This survey here was real, asking real questions.
I don't have a job description...not listed under positions by HR. Also, over the past several years compensation has been limited to 2.5% by corporate. Where is the incentive for those to go above and beyond because when they do, it is not recognized. Something to think about.
