Teamwork, and the way the things is being delt with.
Needs to step back and let employees do their job
They probably need training on how to manage people and how to communicate the goals of the company to the employees.
They need to sell the company and move on to retirement. They are poor communicators and have created a hostile work environment.
I get free mone. Also I like the way people act and the way the company do things Thanks
Health care needs to be a higher priority
I have looked at my pay as compared to other companies and similar positions. I feel I am being compensated at about 75% of industry standard. This is why I am seriously seeking a new position.
The company does not underwrite family health insurance, though the company is HIGHLY profitable.

Less gossip and more focus on their job

Less micromanagement and more encouragement to do well

The interviewer should stay more focused on the job and what is expected of the employee than on the phone talking to whoever it was for nearly 10 minutes of my interview.
They should not focus on whether my life partner has health insurance or not. It was one of the first questions they asked. I should have known then how bad the environment is and left then and there...
