The way i am treated by managers
Paying employees a livable wage for one, considering all of our time goes to working here.
Because im being worked like crazy even on my off days that i put in to be off. Im always being talked to like im a child. Everything get blammed on me or other manager if something goes wrong. Store manager at 485 never takes responsibility and like to blame other for mistakes
I feel undervalued because thats what the managers potray. Associates are able to be degraded by customers and there own managers. What would make me feel better sbout me compensation is it to be higher.
They font care what you have going on they treat me and other people like animals

Actually getting paid for the hours I worked
Usually when there is a complaint by a customer, it is constant feeling of it is the workers fault regardless of the situation. There are no training videos on how to help mitigate the customer's anger especially when all the proper steps are followed.
