Employees comes to team leader after death in family & ask for a day off but told not know graduation season, then a week later starting to feel sick and ask again & told no we are still in graduation season but I'll give you an extra day off soon.
More hours so the stores are less understaffed.

No effective way to help make customers less angry other than making signs that say to place an order early for balloons especially on the weekend due to how busy it can get. Post it everywhere so they do not get mad at the longer pick up times due to their fault of waiting the last minute.

The greed is out of control.
Hours are being cut from hard working associates who can't rely on consistency in their pay. BOPIS orders can no longer be shot picked if inventory is incorrect (it happens no matter how often it's counted.) There is no way to offer a refund online but we take payment online. Customers deserve more.
