Managers need to change. Pay needs to change. And i think company policy should change because company cares more about disrespectful intitled customers than the people that work for them

Being more clear about work tasks.
I got hired same day as i put in the application and immediately started with no training or help.
Ask actual questions because apits ng if youre scared of balloons
I would change how my store manager selecets new employees based off of their ethnicity or sexual orientation

We need a working bathroom and pay raises
Employees comes to team leader after death in family & ask for a day off but told not know graduation season, then a week later starting to feel sick and ask again & told no we are still in graduation season but I'll give you an extra day off soon.
More hours so the stores are less understaffed.
More transparent communication and more honesty.
