Seems to care about employees, but like any company has communication and equity issues.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I make someone else's life a little easier.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Encouraging employees to take time off to live their lives.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They at least try. That's more than I can say for other companies.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviewed by the team I would be hired onto, and not a random HR rep.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone's very friendly and willing to help if asked. A lot of daily support comes from peers, and not necessarily management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With market value and inflation, many roles are not paid a living wage. Sometimes it feels like they pay just enough to say they pair fairly, but in reality is not enough to get by on. Especially as a single financially independent person.
