What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every other Friday off is the best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With market value and inflation, many roles are not paid a living wage. Sometimes it feels like they pay just enough to say they pair fairly, but in reality is not enough to get by on. Especially as a single financially independent person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone's very friendly and willing to help if asked. A lot of daily support comes from peers, and not necessarily management.

Interviewed by the team I would be hired onto, and not a random HR rep.

they need better work ethic screenings, too many lazy workers

The company is pushing politics way to hard, just make clothes and relax
