What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is on the top half for the market value for my current role and experience level for my base salary as well as RSUs.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, easily. I know that every time I am in a meeting, office conference room or slack channel with them, I will learn something, laugh a lot and ultimately have a better day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has clear goals for the company and is incredible transparent with what they are, how we will achieve them as a company and where each department plays a role in making sure these goals are achieved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is made up of a really ambitious, creative and collaborative group of people. There is never a dumb question to be asked and I look forward to every meeting, as I always learn something new and have some great laughs :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our culture is the creativity that each person brings to the company. We are truly creators for creators. Everyone brings such a unique perspective to every problem or task and everyone's ideas are utilized when making large scale decisions.
