I truly enjoy the work that I do and see the value of it. The benefits are good. Its a great mission and I work with a brilliant team of people. However, there is no work life balance. There are constant fires and tension and stress eats away even the most joyous days.

It feels as if my role has morphed and now encompasses several different roles that were not within the job description I applied for.

My team is supportive, empathetic, trustworthy, and genuinely wants to do their very best work. I know my team has my back and I can always rely on them.
