In my past companies, there wasn't very much diversity, and I've been really impressed with the diversity at the company.

I appreciate that leadership is really passionate about our product and shine the spotlight on employees who exemplify our core values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fabulous! They are so engaged and willing to help. Everyone on the team is supported and no task is too small. It is definitely a team effort.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was initially hired for one role, but have taken responsibilities of another who wasn't performing. I enjoy these responsibilities, however I do feel that I should be compensated for the additional work I'm doing.
