Having my talents used to help others. Feeling appreciated for the hard work I do and having co workers around that are my same culture so I don't feel isolated but apart of a family that embraces everyone from all walks of life
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve on partnering and not picking only one or two people that they wanna help. Make it where they are incentives to help give leads other than taking from partners commission so that it fosters good partner vs the later due to people not wanting to share revenue
