What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor is the best supervisor I have ever had. I appreciate that the leadership team is open to feedback and genuinely considers what employees have to say - even entry-level employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Tons of PTO! You start with 80 hours/year of vacation, 40 hours of sick, 36 hours of floating holiday, 8 2-hour time slots for doctor visits. The amount of vacation increases as you work with Paychex longer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun activities, opportunities to win prizes, sometimes we get free lunch, monetary incentives for hard work - bonuses even for entry-level positions and payments for selling products to clients for anyone working in a client-facing position. Plus annual raises.
