It went quickly and I was kept informed of where things were regarding the decision making process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know how to lead. They welcome new ideas and are accessible to all employees within the organization. They communicate with the entire organization and believe in transparency.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid a competitive salary and have the opportunity to earn uncapped bonus and commission pay. I also have the benefit of having unlimited vacation time, which to me is part of an excellent compensation package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone who is part of my team are professional, intelligent, and hardworking. We all are there for each other if and when needed. We are quick to answers each other’s questions or provide guidance when needed. I couldn’t ask for a better experie
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and enjoy interacting with our clients. I take great pride in representing Paychex, and I am very appreciative for all the I have gained over the past six years from working at Paychex. The money has been great too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Paychex is one of the top most admired companies to work for and one of the reasons is our work environment. Everyone is respectfully and has a willingness to provide a helping hand. The entire work for is highly professional and a pleasure to work and partner with. An excellent experience!
