Intelligent, lead by example, they listen to their employees , offer to assist, take action, always looking for ways to improve and inspire, respectful, proactive make changes where needed to stay ahead of our competitors.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Met with individuals from different levels within the organization. It was conversation with me having the chance the interview them as well. Lunch was a nice surprise. Quick response with offer letter.

The daily interaction with my clients and providing them with the service they deserve. Assisting them with providing ideas and solutions that will streamline their processes with the goal of making their business a success through their interactions with Paychex and the support we provide.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A culture of putting the client first and doing whatever is required to provide the highest level of customer service and the best client experience. A willingness to be their for your associates and assist them when needed. We can count on each other and work together to improve the business.
