tell your managers it's not okay to try to make interviews personal or bring up personal issue during the interview
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher wages for hourly employees for a start. Health insurance premiuns are too high for full time employees even higher for part time employees, which makes no sense. Don't take away non exec annual raises to save the shareholders during covid, we the employees count on that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually caring about employees, not numbers. They refused to roll out work from home options until covid, and as soon as they can will make everyone go back, no matter the burden on the employees. They took away our raises to save the shareholders during covid, not ethical behavior from top down.
