If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Peak 10?

Stop pretending we are things we are not, and start focusing on accountability. Our HR department has way too much influence and is made up of a group of people who hold grudges and pick favorites, not based on merit, but based on their personal preferences. This shop rots from the top.
