Timely responses- even after 3 rounds there is little to no followup

The recruiters are nice and very communicative

Teams are routinely asked to do more and more with fewer and fewer resources. Employees are penalized for speaking up and long time employees are being demoted or released and replaced by friends of management. Despite the stated mission and values, the only thing that matters is the profit margin.

Leadership doesn't seem to care about the people working on the floor. Just want to protect their own positions even if it means higher turnover
