What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're getting better at managing quickly growing company and instilling structure and direction across the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive team could be more aware of what is actually happening in the company. It feels like the current plan is to make working there so uncomfortable and unplesant that people just leave so severance doesnt have to be paid
Leadership doesn't seem to care about the people working on the floor. Just want to protect their own positions even if it means higher turnover
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We receive great health care options.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The are kind and hardworking and are committed to the stated mission even if the company is not.
My team is hard working and committed to the people we work with. They are exceptionally kind and devoted to the work, are committed to the misson and values, though the company does not recognize or reward it
We tend to hire people according that both have the skills and personality to foster a productive, enjoyable work environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The building is nice and they provide food
We all share similar passions which is a big bonus as opposed to working in a company with better compensation but unrelatable coworkers.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiters are nice and very communicative
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Timely responses- even after 3 rounds there is little to no followup
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happiest at work with plenty of productive (not monotonous work to do) and good communication across teams.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees need to be recognized, celebrated and paid fairly. Its a lot easier to put up with being overworked and overlooked and criticized if youre not having to work 3 jobs to make ends meet
