    Timely responses- even after 3 rounds there is little to no followup

    Employees need to be recognized, celebrated and paid fairly. Its a lot easier to put up with being overworked and overlooked and criticized if youre not having to work 3 jobs to make ends meet
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    The executive team could be more aware of what is actually happening in the company. It feels like the current plan is to make working there so uncomfortable and unplesant that people just leave so severance doesnt have to be paid

TrainHeroic develops software solutions for the strength and conditioning needs of coaches and athletes. MakeMusic develops software to transform how music is composed, taught, learned and performed. Alfred Music creates and publishes educational music to help teachers, students, professionals and hobbyists experience the joy of making music.

Peaksware partners with the Adopt-A-County-Road program and organizes two yearly clean-ups.
