The executive team could be more aware of what is actually happening in the company. It feels like the current plan is to make working there so uncomfortable and unplesant that people just leave so severance doesnt have to be paid
Leadership doesn't seem to care about the people working on the floor. Just want to protect their own positions even if it means higher turnover

Timely responses- even after 3 rounds there is little to no followup
Employees need to be recognized, celebrated and paid fairly. Its a lot easier to put up with being overworked and overlooked and criticized if youre not having to work 3 jobs to make ends meet
