Stock options are going to actually be worth something

Review from Marketing Dept

Salary and options are on par with market

Equity, makes you feel like an owner.

Review from Operations Dept

Stock options is the best part of my compensation package

Good mix of salary and equity

Review from Operations Dept

I was given options so feel I have a stake in the success of the company but I am also paid a fair salary and potential performance bonus. It's a great comp plan.

Makes you feel valued by the company!

Review from Finance Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everyone at the company works very hard and commits a lot of time and energy to our work. It would be great if the company matched our 401(K) contributions. We are an alternative investment company and help others invest, so I think we all value the importance of investing in our futures.
